I specialize in Montgomery County, Delaware County, and Chester County and am going to be running down the numbers for the month of December. In Radnor Township 27 homes sold in the month of November. The average asking price was $837,000 and you can expect to pay 98% of the asking price. The average days on market was 45 days. homes continue to move quickly with multiple offers and remain in a seller’s market! In Lower Merion Township there were 89 homes that sold last month. The average price was $735,800 and you can expect to pay 97% of the asking price with an average of 53 days on market. Tredyffrin Eastown Township had 55 homes sold last month in November. The average price point was $647,000 and you can expect to pay 99% of the asking price. The average days on market was 29 days. This continues to be a very hot market for sellers, receiving multiple offers, and most often leading to bidding wars.
