In Radnor Township 27 homes sold in the month of November. The average asking price was $837,000 and you can expect to pay 98% of the asking price. The average days on market was 45 days. homes continue to move quickly with multiple offers and remain in a seller’s market! In Lower Merion Township there were 89 homes that sold last month. The average price was $735,800 and you can expect to pay 97% of the asking price with an average of 53 days on market. Tredyffrin Eastown Township had 55 homes sold last month in November. The average price point was $647,000 and you can expect to pay 99% of the asking price. The average days on market was 29 days. This continues to be a very hot market for sellers, receiving multiple offers, and most often leading to bidding wars.
