First is Athertyn at Haverford Reserve. Athertyn at Haverford Reserve is a truly luxurious and tranquil 55+ community in Delaware County. It is comprised of age-restricted condos located on a 209-acre master-planned community offering condominium homes designed with open floor plans, luxury finishes, and features within elevator-accessible buildings. Residents enjoy private amenities within a community clubhouse as well as activities, and events hosted throughout the year.
Second, is Beaumont at Bryn Mawr. Beaumont is owned and run by residents as a not for profit life plan community. Residents may buy either apartments or villas at Beaumont that are beautifully appointed with all the amenities and designs for aging in place. There are 131 one- and two-bedroom apartments, 68 one- and two-level private villas, and a community gatehouse. Third, is Fox Hill Farms. Fox Hill Farm is 55+ community in Glen Mills, near the border of Delaware. Buyers can choose from attached or single-family homes, available as resale-only. There are 491 homes, 338 single-family homes and 153 carriage homes and residents enjoy snow and trash removal, driveway repair, and exterior building maintenance in monthly association fees. It is impeccably manicured and lush with a 14,000 square-foot clubhouse, with a full calendar of events. The clubhouse includes an indoor pool and spa, sauna, and locker rooms.
Fourth is The Mansion at Rosemont. The Mansion at Rosemont offers residents ten acres of lush greenery and spacious apartments with 1.5 baths and renovated kitchens. Residents enjoy priority access to higher levels of care, including personal care, skilled nursing or memory support, should you need this level of care for yourself or a loved one. It has full amenities, dining, and events calendar.
Last, is Waverly Heights. Waverly Heightsi s located in Gladwyne and is an understated and elegant active retirement community for the past 35 years. Waverly Heights is a nationally accredited, not-for-profit community offering continuum care including Residential Living, Skilled Nursing, Personal Care, and Memory Support services. It is a Life Plan community with healthcare available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Waverly Heights is located on a 63-acre former estate including many gardens, lawns, walking paths, and a private dog park. Residents age sixty and older enjoy truly luxury accommodations and amenities including fine dining, cinema, putting green, bocce, croquet, fitness, gardening, artistic pursuits, educational programs, music, lectures, art exhibits, and social programs.
