Thanksgiving 2022 Dining Guide on The Main Line PA is here! Dry brine, wet brine, spatchcocked or whole? Stuffing in our stuffing out? Are you tired of bickered at Thanksgiving? I for one would like to Take the stress out of the holiday this year and dine at some of the best restaurants that are offering full spreads. You might even be allowed to take some turkey to go for the epic sandwiches the next day.
So rather than offering a list, which we do every year, we are going to offer some of the best restaurants, best takeout options, and also the best clubs on The Main Line, if you are new to the area. Country Clubs and Golf Clubs offer really beautiful holiday meals and it can be much easier if you have a large group to consider booking a table through your club. But first the restaurants. Flemings Prime Steakhouse in Radnor offers a Thanksgiving and has the advantage of dining at the home of a raw bar. Oysters may not sound like a treat of our forefathers, but do not knock them till you try them! It really makes it a special occasion. Next is
General Warren Inne in Malverne. This is a classic American Continental dining experience with freshest local ingredients and a highly skilled kitchen, delivering a five-star Thanksgiving experience.
Next for our takeout options, At the Table BYOB has a great Thanksgiving Takeout with a full-brined turkey, crab cakes, stuffing, and choice of sides. This is half the work of dining out but full enjoyment of leftovers. Next is Homecooked which offers a ready-to-roast turkey with marshmallow sweet potatoes and more, so it is a bit more work than take out or dining out, but hey who will know you didn’t do all that work!
Lastly, let’s talk about clubs. Applebrook, Philadelphia Country Club, and Overbrook all are great clubs that offer incredible dining options, year round. If you are considering moving to the area, you may want to look into these clubs for their programming, dining, and activities for the whole family. I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving, however you choose to celebrate it on The Main Line.
