Delaware County Months Supply 1.7 months which means if no new inventory came on the market we will have sold all inventory in 1.7 months. This continues to be a very hot seller’s market because of inventory. In Radnor Township 26 homes listed and 18 sold last month with a median sales price range of $1,155,000 with an average of 21 days on market. Tredyffrin Township we had 71 new listings story remains so low. In Chester County, we have a Months Supply of 2.2 months. Still a very strong seller’s market!
