There’s the Deepdale neighborhood which is a very quaint neighborhood with gatherings for Easter Egg hunts in April and summer time block parties – it has a great community feel. There are mature trees that engulf this neighborhood which adds to its beauty. 

South of Lancaster Ave. is South Wayne. Some of the homes there are craftsman built and are closer together and it is highly sought after Because you can walk to Wayne. The homes in all of these areas vary greatly in style. There are a lot of stone homes, colonials, but you will also find split-levels, bungalows and ranches.
