Some of the features that the buyers were looking for included hardwood floors, updated windows, plenty of storage space, and a beautiful stone brick facade. The home enjoys close proximity to the elementary school, parks, the YMCA and most of Havertown’s best restaurants and shops, in addition to being very close to the train and Ardmore attractions.
One of the most rewarding parts of this closing was the terms to my buyers.
