418 Oak Valley Rd, Closed by Kimmy Rolph is the story of one of my favorite homes to close. I represented first time home buyers and this was such a great place. It was custom floor to beam, and each piece of wood was lovingly hand stained by the owners. It really looks like it is in the middle of nowhere, but it is just minutes from Downtown Media, PA.
Some of the features of this home that really sold my clients were a new roof with gorgeous skylights, back of the home was redone with synthetic siding and the large front door was replaced and the kitchen was remodeled in the last year. Other upgrades included tile that was installed in the kitchen and the floors in the living room,dining room, and foyer area. The whole house was repainted with new hand stained wood trim put around the windows and the baseboards recently as well.
The owners of this home needed to relocate for work, but had made some really thoughtful upgrades, really sealing the deal for my buyers. The home is 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, with 2100 square feet, and closed for $620,000. I was able to get inspections for my buyers, protecting their investment, and I wish them the brightest future in their new home!
