Top Food Trucks on The Main Line, the list is in! I don’t know about you, but to me food trucks are the epitome of summer on The Main Line. Hi, Most of you who follow my blog know I am a mom of two almost always hungry boys and I want to share our top 5 food trucks for summer on The Main Line.
First is The Cow & the Curd– attention Cheese lovers- a basket of Rob Mitchell’s fried cheese curds, specializing in beer-battered, deep-fried nuggets of Wisconsin cheddar are to die for. They have amazing sauces to try also. Sriracha aioli and smoked ketchup come highly recommended.
Second is Ka’Chi Truck, if you are a fan of travel food shows and are curious about Korean street food this is the truck to chase. It offers high-quality and innovative Korean street food and some of the best items are overstuffed kimchi sliders with crispy Spam bits and fluffy rice bowls topped with caramelized onions, fried egg and your choice of protein
Third, for a cool treat is Little Baby’s Ice Cream.
This Philly-based premium ice cream on wheels offers small-batch blends that are a brand-new frozen treat experience. Crafted with 16% butterfat-content dairy from Trickling Springs Creamery, they are pushing the boundaries of flavor, I mean whov knew The Earl Grey Sriracha would be such a hit!
Fourth, and another cool treat, is MomPops. This truck is an institution and run by a true ice pop pioneer. Ingredients are locally sourced with really classic combinations from chocolate seasalst to strawberry lemonade.
Fifth is the Sunflower Truck Stop
This is such a great farm to table truck that specializes in new american cuisine like sweet potato quesadilla with quinoa and pumpkin seeds and crab dip grilled cheese sandwich with cheddar, gouda, spinach and artichoke. Always changing and always a good idea. Try their specials!
