If you’re considering selling or if in the past you were considering but didn’t get around to it, well there has never been a better time. As a seller because of our market conditions, lack of inventory and high buyer demand, you’ve got all the leverage.
What that means is that you’ve got the upper hand when it comes to negotiations. According to the National Association of Realtors, across the country agents are reporting an average of 3.7 offers on their properties, but keep in mind that’s just an average, we’ve recently got 25, yes twenty-five offers on one of the homes that we sold. And on another, we got over $105,000 dollars above the list price, and we listed it high, to begin with and we still sold it for over $105,000.
