Please understand that is not set in stone because we need to see your house and what upgrades you have done. But we can give you a great idea of what it is worth. Please don’t just look at Zillow and their zestimate -A lot of people think Zillow is an accurate value and a great way of pricing your home and you really need to understand it is just an algorithm. And is not usually accurate- If you want to really know what it is worth-Once I see your home I can give you a super-specific Idea of what the price is. There are many many things you need to think about like absorption rate, days on Market, how many homes are on the market competing with you, how many homes there are in general and if it’s a buyer’s market or seller’s market.
