These numbers are based on the month of March. It continues to be an extreme seller’s market based on the fact that inventory remains at an all-time low. Mortgage rates vary depending on the borrower but in general, a 30-year fixed is 3.125%, 30-year jumbo loan is 3.25%, and a 15-year fixed is 2.5% so they are still very low and giving buyers power to purchase.
